PITAA-NTO Women in Tax Pilot Mentorship Programme

The Pacific Islands Tax Administrators Association (PITAA) has partnered with the Network of Tax Organizations (NTO) and officially kicked off the Women in Tax Pilot Mentorship Programme with its Orientation programme on Thursday 28th November 2024 virtually.

This initiative is aimed at fostering gender equity, promoting professional development, and empowering women leaders in the field of tax administration across the Pacific region.

The orientation session brought together a diverse group of thirty-three (33) mentors and mentees representing various Pacific Island tax administrations. The orientation served as a platform to introduce participants to the programme’s objectives, mentorship guidelines, and the tools required to build impactful professional relationships.
